Chargeback Analyst | Apply Now!

This investigative team member ensures accurate and timely processing of chargeback data by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve disputed transactions by credit/debit cardholders and bank account owners
  • Research non-fraud disputes to ensure compliance with company policies and card scheme/banking regulations
  • Review high-risk transactions to identify unauthorized credit card use
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and utilize third-party fraud screening solutions and to mitigate fraud and minimize chargebacks while reducing false positives and limiting manual review
  • Analyze non-receipt claims to identify friendly fraud and block those purchasers
  • Effectively manage communication via multiple channels (phone, fax, email, processor portals, CRM systems) from both internal and external customers; resolve all disputes within established timeframes
  • Analyze data and reports to identify new fraudulent activity and share best practices, ideas and information
  • Commit to constant learning to understand quickly-evolving fraud trends and changes to laws and regulations
  • Works overtime as needed to support floral holiday transaction volume spikes
  • Assist in identification and escalation of technical issues and fraud data abnormalities
  • Performs special projects in a timely manner, as requested
Qualifications & Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy
  • Must have the ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be highly organized and possess analytical and critical thinking skills, making accurate decisions independently
  • Positivity and good customer service skills with ability to take initiative, conduct thorough research, and be professionally persistent
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in the fields of accounting, finance or statistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of card processing and payment fraud/detection techniques a plus

Accounting / HR Coordinator | Apply Now!

This detail-oriented team member provides support to the Accounting and HR Departments.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for accounts payable ensuring that invoices and payments are supported by original documentation and proper authorization
  • Reconciles daily funding (CC & ACH) & researches variances for assigned divisions
  • Creates Daily Journal Entries for all deposits, manual checks, voided checks, relay checks, etc.
  • Creates Monthly Journal Entries as assigned, i.e., credit card processing fees, etc.
  • Assists with monthly bank statement reconciliations
  • Works with hiring managers and HR Director to screen applications and resumes relating to applicant’s qualifications
  • Assists with recruiting and facilitating employee committees to plan company activities
  • Serves as backup Staff Accountant and performs daily sales and funding reconciliations as well as handling payment processing for Order Transfer Department
  • Serves as backup for manager at self-storage facility, renting units and taking rental payments.
  • Responsible for payroll and payroll tax processing
  • Creates monthly newsletter
  • Maintains records for Fixed Assets
  • Drafts informative and educational emails to for distribution to employees
  • Other duties as assigned
