		<description>thanks for your response.  I was surprised that it is a hibiscus.  The lady who gave me the seeds that I started this spring said it was an annual she starts from seeds each year.  If it is a perennial, I will remove one of them from my planter and place it in the garden and see if it comes back.  The centre of the flower is beautiful.  I&#039;ve cropped my original picture and attached a copy of the new picture focusing on the leaves.  thanks again, Lin</description>
