Flower Shop Network’s Order Transfer Manager.
Julie’s introduction to the floral industry began in 1994 as a member of Redbook Florist Services’ customer service department in Paragould, Arkansas.
After Redbook was purchased by Teleflora in 1997, Julie moved to the RTI department, which was responsible for installing and supporting the RTI POS system. After several years of traveling to shops across the country installing the systems, she was given the opportunity to supervise the installations and support department.
In 2004 she became a part of the Flower Shop Network team as the supervisor over the order transfer department and is still with Flower Shop Network today.
What is your favorite thing about working for this industry?
“The creativity in the floral industry is amazing. There are so many talented people in this business, who are so passionate and enthusiastic about what they do. With the experience of traveling to different flower shops and talking to them on the telephone, I have met many wonderful people.”
