  1. Todd,

I don’t know if any flower arranging workshops in your area. There are several floral design schools that offer courses anywhere from three weeks to a complete degree program.

You might try contacting your local community college or art council to see if they have any workshops. You might also try The Cincinnati Horticultural Society, they have a flower show with a lecture series; The Franklin Park Conservatory, they have a table top garden scenes class; The Darby Valley Garden Club have seminars occasionally.

Maybe one of our member will know more about flower arranging or floral design classes in the Maryville, Dublin or Columbus Ohio area.

I am interested in upcoming floral workshops or symposiums in greater Cincinnati. I would appreciate any recommendations. You can reach me at timmendenhall9@gmail.com or 513/646-0939.
    Thanks.

  4. Tim, I’d recommend the upcoming Ohio Florist Association’s Short Course. It’s the largest horticultural trade show in North America, July 13-16. For more information, check out the OFA website: http://www.ofa.org/ or http://ofashortcourse.org/ Hope this helps!
