You are on the right course for getting your cut hydrangeas to bloom.  I suggest re-cutting and placing them in very warm water (not hot but warmer than tepid).  Move your bucket of hydrangeas to the warmest place in your shop.  My sister-in-law's flower shop had a large window that faced south and we often placed flowers in front of it to force them to bloom.</description>
