    Joe,

    This is one of the finest specimens of a Philodendron bipinnatifidum sometimes referred to as a Tree Philodendron or Split-leaf Philodendron. I personally have never seen the spath (white flower) of a Tree Philodendron before. You capture a great picture of it.
