The first place I look when needing resources for a flower or gift shop is FGmarket and one of the vendors listed is California Florida Plant Co. They have others as well.

Another great place to find wholesale plant sources or deals is to find a local nursery that actually grows their own color or plants. At our nursery we often sell plants to florists that are in near by towns. We don't necessary have wholesale pricing but we due give a discount and we have no minimums. So you might try a partnership with a local nursery. Most nurseries with growing operations will belong to a nursery association. You might try contacting The Nursery Growers Association of California. They should be able to give you the names of local growing operations that could help you.
