I ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend's infant in the hospital. On the day the flowers were to be delivered, my friend and her son (happily but unexpectedly) got discharged from the hospital. I called to find out if the flowers had been delivered in time. The woman I spoke to (Cheryl?) was so friendly and nice about it - she explained that they had attempted delivery, but my friend was already gone! She assured me that they would try to deliver the flowers the next day to my friend's home. I really appreciated this stellar customer service - there was no hassle, no problem, no extra fines or fees. Thank you, Flower Me Florist!

The order process was very easy. The only part about ordering online is that you never know when or it the recipient ever receives them. It would be nice if you could get a delivery confirmation.
