Cecilia did my daughters wedding last year and she did a wonderful job. She was sick and her order was not what she wanted and yet she did not let that get her down she just fixed the problem and the wedding was perfect. We would recomend her to anyone that wants to have a beautiful wedding. Infact, we did tell a couple of my daughters friends and she did their weddings also. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!
