Absolutely beautiful arrangement and vase. The delivery guy was great and I only regret I wasn't there to receive the flowers and to give him a tip!

Flowers were beautiful, but when I called to confirm delivery, I had to leave a message. The message was never returned so I had to call the hotel. Again, beautiful flowers but the customer service was lacking.
