Thank God for this Florist ! The horror stories I've had in the past 4 years using 1-800-Flowers would make you physically sick ! 100% Satisfaction ... Forget THAT ! Just 1 quick example . One Valentines Day , I planned from the first week in January to buy an 800-Flowers Arrangement called Plum Crazy . It was just perfect . So I paid for it online on January 3rd ! I got a call from My Mother-In-Law in NC asking why I bothered to send Valentines Day Flowers to her if they were going to be 3 stems of Gladiolas In A Bud~Vase ??? I was Mortified ! I contacted 1-800-Flowers about this rip-off ! They not only would not believe me , but would not do anything about the problem until I sent them a picture of the flowers ! Be Careful ! But , The Grey Nook , just did an arrangement for a Dear Friend in Massachusetts that just lost her brother . They Got It Perfect !!! From now on , ALL ... of the flowers I sent to Massachusetts will come from this ... and ONLY THIS FLOWER SHOP !!! God Bless , Ken and Kathie in MD.
