It was very easy to use your website to make a selection and process payment. My friend said the flowers were beautiful, smelled wonderful and lasted a long time. She was very happy which makes me very happy! I did notice though that although the flowers were delivered on the correct date, a confirmation of delivery email did not arrive in my inbox until almost a week later which I thought rather odd ...

Just in case you are ever seeking a local florist for the hotel or special events who does superb work... I recently became aware of a Cambridge florist (on Eagle Street not far from the hotel) who did an amazing job and the flowers lasted for a surprising long time which she attributes this to using only fresh, quality supplies. You should have an email notification of a successful delivery -- it helps in not having to worry about the purchase. Otherwise, the overall service is good.
