If anyone wondered what ever happened to the old fashion business concept of "customer satisfaction" or "the customer is the #1 priority" they need not look any further when choosing a florist in Wake County. I've been buying flowers for weddings, funerals, birthdays and other occasions for 40 years and have not ever received as wonderful a service as Flowerama of Raleigh. I have been really burned several times, moderately satisfied with service and product others and occasionally very happy with my buying experience. This time I got service that was truly "above and beyond" what I requested and paid for. My mother's funeral brought to Sherie Bryan four siblings with sometimes conflicting views of what we should have but with her patience and suggestions we all left the shop content with our purchase. The next day Sherie called and basically said that she couldn't sleep the night before because of the disappointment we had that the church didn't allow the casket spray in the church and this expensive arrangement would only be used at the funeral home the day before. She had come up with an alternative solution the would basically split the arrangement in two and with the addition of a few more flowers and greenery we'd have both a casket spray and a stand alone arrangement. She did this without any additional charge. When we got to the church there was the second arrangement just a beautiful as the spray. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and of top quality. By the way, the cost of the order was more than15% less than the lowest quote from 3 other places in Raleigh. We were so grateful for her caring and personal attention. I love this store. They have have a huge full cooler of already made up flowers and arrangements. The variety is wonderful. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The flowers last forever. They always brighten my day just to walk in the store. They have incredible roses. They are by far the most affordable florist in town not to mention the best quality. I highly recommend this shop.

This is the best florist I have ever been in! They are friendly,knowledgeable, and the flower quality is great. They are the only true "walk in" florist in Raleigh with a huge cooler full of pre-made arrangement. They do upscale to basic arrangements. You can buy by the stem. The roses are incredible! They had over 20 different colors, many two color roses. They lasted forever! I will continue to use this florist for all my business and personal flowers. Did I mention they are also the most affordable florist in Raleigh too! Thanks for great quality, great pricing and the nicest sales people in town!

No false advertising here....they really ARE the best kept secret in the Triangle! The flowers are beautiful, incredibly fresh, even more incredibly priced, and last a long time. AND the staff is extremely nice and very accomodating, even if you walk in the door 5 minutes before they close. One of the nicest touches they add is giving customers one of those triangular cardboard stands to transport the vase of roses in, so the vase doesn't tip over in the car. I will be a customer for life-I've bought their roses for baby showers, "get well soon", bridal showers, and even funerals and the recipients always rave about them.
