    I received a beautiful arrangement. My daughter did pay for delivery, which did not occur as I was working between 2 houses and the person delivering could not pin down a time so I’d know were I’d be. I did have to come to Skowhegan at noon, so I ended up picking the gorgeous arrangement up. Is the delivery fee removed from her bill? If not, is it possible to commit to a time for delivery so that customers don’t have to pay for something not needed?

    Thank you so much for the kind words, we are glad you loved your arrangement. If an order gets changed from delivery to pick-up, we add in extra flowers to compensate for the delivery charge. Timed deliveries can get coordinated via phone. Have a wonderful day!
