    Beau Villa Flowers rescued me when another florist had not filled or delivered my order 3 days past the guaranteed delivery date. Because it was late in the day when I directly contacted Beau Villa regarding this "3rd Party" florist that told me they were using Beau Villa floral shop, the owner personally delivered my order after-hours the same day without being paid until I was able to follow-up again with the 3rd party, just in case it was an error on their part (there was not).     Back in May I had placed an order and there was a bit of a delivery issue. The arrangement was delivered, just not quite as planned. I was contacted by the owner when she learned of my disappointment and she was very apologetic and wanted to do something to make up the issue. She was true to her word! I have to say i was quite impressed that I got the call and more impressed that she wanted to do something to rectify the issue. She totally delivered. As far as the phone call, we always call before we deliver because what if the recipient is not home all day and we go over 5 or 6 times, that is not reasonable?     Flowers where great! Wife was happy and surprised! Only reason you do not get a 5 star is the cost of delivery. This in my opinion WAY to expensive. I like to support local. As such I like to buy my flowers from you in Beaumont. That being said I could buy my flowers in south Edmonton and pay very little delivery. My wife's work is less then 10 min from the flower shop in Beaumont. Jason

    All in all very happy with the bouquet. Flowers were lovely and have lasted well. Vase neck seemed a bit small for the bouquet and could have used a little embellishment. I put a satin ribbon on it to match the flower colours which made a big difference.

    Hi George When you order a designers choice sometimes we may put in more expensive flowers then another designer may. Maybe that is why you thought it was not to value.     I have been using Beau Villa in Beaumont for years, and you have always given excellent service. My mother was very happy with the peace lily she received for mother's day, and although the chocolates ordered were left out of the order, she did receive them the next business day, and that is the first time there has ever been a small hiccup with our orders, so I am still rating you a 5!
