    The delivery was on time but some of the flowers didn’t look healthy. The roses looked old and the day after they were delivered they started dying. Other flowers weren’t fully blooming so it was lack luster and unappealing altogether. Now four days after I have dead roses and other flowers fully open.

    I am sad and sorry for the dissatisfaction in the flowers. I wish you would have called me as soon as you felt they were not right. I would have taken care of it sooner. I took you a replacement Saturday morning. I have been in the business for 54 years and I take pride in doing a good job, if I fail, I take pride in fixing it.     You took our breath away! We sent a European basket of plants and blooms to our friends’ family member’s visitation.     Ordering flowers from out of state was a stressful endeavor (lots of fake florists on the Internet). In fact, I called 4 supposedly "local" florists before trying Doug's shop. Doug was very responsive to phone calls and took the time to send me photos of some of his recent floral arrangements. He put me at ease about ordering and created beautiful sympathy arrangements.     Thank you for your review. Sorry your dissatisfaction on the lilies. That is quite normal. Lilies have several bloom the stem and the small bloom on the top does not open, even in the garden. most florist will cut that bloom of for that reason. I personally leave it on for that look that the flower has naturally.

    The flowers we received were exactly what we wanted. One point of feedback is that there were alternate price options for the same display but there was no clarification on each price point.

    Keith: Thank you for your review and kinds words. In reference to value of the flowers. When one order a dozen roses, we do not add more roses with out the customer request. This protect the recipient of any superstitions or personal meaning for number of roses. I do different thing like add more filler, special greenery, better quality of glass ware and ribbon treatment. I am so grateful to be able to answer these types of questions. Doug Ruling
