    I have always used Woods Cove Florist for ordering my floral arrangements. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The arrangements are always absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price. This time I received an arrangement myself and I was very excited to receive such a beautiful arrangement and an informative email on how to care for them to keep enjoying them for days to come.

    We had ordered flowers for a funeral through a national floral service, only to be called back and told the delivery wouldn't be made on time. We called the Wood Cove flower shop in Scottsboro, and they saved the day. We will absolutely be using them again. Plus their prices are very reasonable.

    Excellent customer service and beautiful product! I called to request 2 wildflower arrangements for a gravesite, and the only things I knew were that we wanted muted colors and we wanted white Queen Anne's Lace included. They sent us several photos in different price ranges and located the Queen Anne's Lace too. They were very communicative and friendly through the whole process, and we were very pleased with the end product. They delivered to the gravesite and sent me a photo once it was all done. I highly recommend Woods Cove florist!

I keep them even when they dry in their vase (I remove the water) and they are pretty as dry flowers. So, they last from gift to gift! Thank you for your expertise!     I am so sorry that we did not call and verify the substitution. We were having a difficult time getting plants in because of the restrictions we are under. Our plant wholesaler was not able to get his plants and therefore we were limited to what we had at the time. But we still should have called you and made you aware.     The flowers were beautiful, as always when I order from Woods Cove, but this time they went above and beyond! The recipient had an unplanned trip to the hospital the night before delivery was scheduled and these folks went out of their way to accommodate us and ensured that my mother-in-law had beautiful fresh flowers when she arrived home from the hospital a few days after Mother’s Day!

    I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was heartbroken that I couldn't be there when my grandmother went into the hospital. Woods Cove sent the most beautiful flowers and took such great care to make sure everything was correct! They even called to make sure I was ok with a different shade of pink in the bouquet. I only wish they had a location in Atlanta so I could use them more often!

    Thank you! Again, we are sorry it was disappointing. The photos of the arrangements on the website are often misleading because they sometimes appear to be larger than what the recipes call for. I do remember that particular arrangement because I too questioned why they were so small compared to the the price! We are allowed to substitute flowers and containers unless customer specifically requests no substitutions but regardless of that we should have contacted you if it was not even similar to what you ordered.
