    to whom it may concern, we are a flower shop and we are not sending scrabble pieces or any other items through the mail. This is an issue through the USPS and is being investigated. We have no idea why this is happening, we do know that this is originating in Brooklyn . Please refrain from posting negative things about our shop as we are also victim to this nonsense . This person has put our shop in a bad situation as we have had numerous calls and we have to take the time to explain everything and we are in the midst of valentines day. peace and love to all

    My Nana loved the flowers- They were beautiful and bouquet was huge and full! Definitely worth the price. If you are hesitant I would suggest one of the Seasonal bouquets as this shop is clearly full of experts who put time and care into the bouquets. Will absolutely order again. Great service as they returned to hand deliver to my Nana because it was cold outside and they didn’t want to damage the flowers in the cold weather.

    Flowers were lovely and plentiful with good instructions on care. You may want to check your ferns…the ferns in my arrangement had some type of larvae on the undersides of the leaves so I had to discard them but it didn’t much harm the overall effect of the arrangement. But check those ferns out before using them again.

    my mother in law wanted Peach roses at her funeral. So I decided to order them for her before she passed away. The peach rose in the order were the perfect peach. A week later she passed away and when we tried to order the same peach roses from Olive branch you could not get them for us and neither could 3 other different florists.
