    A friends father died and we wanted to send flowers. it was very short notice and all the florists in the town had sold out or were too busy to complete the request. So, I called Laura's on a Friday to request flowers for a Sunday funeral in Hallettsville just to see. the answer wasn't just "No problem", it was "No problem, and if I cant make what you need, I'll just upgrade it to something better". I'd bet she's never turned down a request. Excellent customer service, but I wouldn't expect anything less from a business in Shiner. "Prost!"

    Ordered online for a family funeral out of town. Many times I am unable to attend the funeral, this time I did attend. I had given very specific instructions about the plants, colors and wording on the card. I was able to see the flowers Laura's sent, I was so pleased, they far exceeded my expectations. The website was very easy to navigate, flowers were delivered on time, I couldn't be more pleased! I would definitely recommend Laura's for anyone that wanted attention paid to detail even though I never spoke to a person.
