    I hear arrangement was beautiful! I will use this florist again. The only issue I had was my mother in law doesn't use front door much so I wish when they delivered they rang till she answered and if she didn't, leave a phone message for her or me to check the door.

As per our substitution policy we do reserve the right to substitute flowers with EQUAL value flowers if the particular color or type is not available at the time of ordering. In this particular instance on the day you ordered we had only enough lavender roses in stock to create the design with half lavender and half white roses. Since all of our roses are equally priced we would not have been able to offer a discount for the substitution. We are happy to hear the recipient loved the roses! With the overall approximate dimensions of the arrangement measuring 30 to 32 inches in height and 24 to 26 inches in width can be difficult at times to realize while purchasing online.     What needs to be emphasized also is that your customer service also ranks high. After placing the order on-line, I called to personally verify that the order came through. I don't recall the name of the lady who helped me, but she reworked my order to make sure it arrived at it's destination and to the specified person. These are things I wouldn't have known being in another state. Kudos to the entire staff!

    My initial reaction was very good since my wife was very happy! Her flower arrangement looked great for the first 2 or 3 days. Then, we realized that the quality of the 4 or 5 long-stem roses you included was dubious at best, they only lasted 3 days and never bloomed completely. We actually kept the A/C super cold to make sure the roses were in the best conditions, but to no avail. I think for having spent almost $80 with delivery charges, the florist should have included fresher roses as promised. I wrote an e-mail, but never received feedback - started good, ended in disappointment.

    Incredible Florist designs with exceptional customer service. Melanie and her staff created beautiful floral vase displays for a Disney wedding for my wife and I and they were incredible. Not to mention Melanie created my wife's bouquet over night when the original one (made by a family member) was not what my wife envisioned. Melanie saved the day and we are still so greatful.
