    I want to give an A+++ to A Secret Garden for helping me make my daughter’s day! They pulled off a same day delivery and even ran all over town because my daughter left work and I had to use her phone location to find her as I was calling from out of state! The delivery person went above and beyond to make sure the flowers got delivered to my daughter no matter what, and I just can’t say how much it means to me! When you live 1000 miles from your kids and you can’t hug them when they need it, sometimes you need warriors like this to call on and help out, so this just meant so much to me!

Hours after I had ordered, received my confirmation, CHARGED and told my grandmother to expect a delivery, they emailed me to cancel my entire order. Didn’t even give me the option to change the date. Gave me no information as to how long it will take for me to get my refund. When I tried calling, all it kept saying that “user was busy.” I am incredibly disappointed and will let my Ohio family know not to do business here.
