    The $10 delivery fee seems excessive to me. The distance from the shop to where the flowers were delivered was 5-6 blocks. Certainly there was no heavy traffic to plow through. No qualms about the $5.99 service fee, but the delivery charge is a sticking point. The recipient loved the arrangement, and the flowers were delivered at the time requested. Very easy to navigate the website and Flowers By Darlene was easy to work with. All in all, a smooth ordering experience for people who do not live local.

    thank you for the 4 stars, we do appreciate your orders, the delivery charges are standard, sometimes it is a short distance and sometimes more than an hour round trip, so thus it equals out. to avoid this in the future you may call the shop and bypass that fee which we do not receive. once again thank you so much

    For the amount I paid for a boquet I was very disappointed with how small it was. I've purchased bouquets from other vendors for the same amount that were over double the size. Also, first time a florist never provided me with flower food. I never said anything because they all looked exhausted due to Valentine's day, but I definitely feel ripped off.

    I have never had an issue here it's always been great! But this last time I ordered online and what I ordered compared to what was delivered was NOT the same. I was so dissapointed.. The arrangement that was delivered didn't even have all of the flowers it said it did online, and the vase was not even close either.

    Even though the arrangement was beautiful, it was not what I had ordered, or expected. I was called after ordering and was told the arrangement would look better without the blue basket, which I was agreeable to, but none of the flowers were the same. I was disappointed that no purple was used as I had seen in the picture I ordered from. But the family loved the flowers, so I guess that's all that counts.

    due to covid, our industry has been affected on availability of all flowers, we did add a lot more flowers to your arrangement then was in that basket, I am sorry you were disapointed , we always strive to make fresh and beautiful arrangements for every order. but I am glad the family liked it, if there is anything we can do let us know, we are hoping that everyone is understanding in this difficult and odd time.

    I was late on giving my wife something for our recent anniversary. So when we booked our hotel stay in Hocking Hills for a cousin's wedding, I thought that I would get her flowers delivered to our hotel's room before we get there.
