    All the flowers I have ordered from Bedazzled have been beautiful arrangements! I know I can count on you to deliver the best. I recently was given an arrangement from a friend as well, and they lasted almost two full weeks. I changed the water regularly but I enjoyed them for a very long time. Excellent quality and beauty. As well, the roses in it had an amazing fragrance so the flowers used are clearly excellent quality. I learned from the Dutch to add a shot of vodka to the flower water - this makes them last longer. It works, that’s what I do.

    Disappointing. First, this company charges a "service fee" on top of the delivery fee which is not disclosed on the website. Secondly, the flowers we received did not look anything like the picture on the website.

    This is my favorite flower shop in all of GA! Every time I order flowers for my mom and aunt, I pick designers choice because their work is so stunning. But they are also like family. When my stepdad died in 2020, they brought my mom flowers from them to let her know they were thinking of her. They do so many kind things like that which made my mom feel like a piece of my stepdad is still here. You won't get better service, design or care and concern from a florist or any business really. They are truly talented and special people!

When we get an order for something that we don't have we call the client and tell them or leave a message as to what do have and we make it a little nicer. You ordered your flowers to be delivered on the same day, so naturally it would go on the second run. If you ask for a specific time , we try our very best. I received a call Round 9am explaining they were out of some of the flowers for my arrangement and asked if they could improvise and make me something equally nice.     Every flower arrangement I’ve received is absolutely beautiful. The staff is always happy to assist. Their customer service is what we hope for in a company. There was a delivery date mixup and my anniversary flowers were delivered one week early. Even after we expressed to them that this was not an issue and not to worry about it, they delivered another beautiful arrangement on our anniversary at their own expense. This was very kind of them.     Ordering was very easy. Unfortunately, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address and I had to call to find out why they had not been delivered. Fortunately when the delivery person went back to the home where she delivered , the pot was still there and she delivered them to the correct house. The poinsettia was pretty. I did see a picture of the pot and i expected more white flowers, saw more green leaves, but my sister liked it that is what is important. Thank you!

    I have received multiple flower arrangements from your florist and each have been over the top beautiful. This week the arrangement sent from my daughter did not have her name on the card anywhere, some of the roses were brown around the edges and it was kinda drooping when I received it. Not your best. Sorry.

    the arrangement that was made up for my unusual request was beautiful and was received with smiles! my only complaint, which was rectified, was that i called early in the morning to order and was expecting a little more timely of a delivery for that day. the arrangement wasn't delivered until about 430pm ish, on a friday. my friend was gone by that time of the day. you did however assure me that it would be delivered first thing monday morning. and it was. again, thank you... everything worked out.

    I received a voicemail that the Chinese Evergreen was not in stock. A recommended substitution was provided. I returned the call and requested a Peace Lilly. The delivery was made on time and was there when my sister and brother-in-law arrived to their home from the real-estate closing. The service provided from Bedazzled (Jessica?)was first-rate.
