    My daughter wasn’t home when the flowers were delivered and the delivery lady called to let me know she left the flowers on the front step in the sun. I asked if she would move them to the shade and she went back and relocated them beside the garage in the shade. Amazing service!! Thank you for taking that extra step to ensure the flowers stayed fresh while my daughter was at the doctor. I will use your services again!

    I live out of state and ordered flowers for my Grandmother who still lives in the area. I found the shop online and chose to try it based on the reviews. I have to tell you that I was NOT disappointed! I ordered based on pictures posted on their site and there was a mix up with the order that Michael called and personally handled and corrected the issue.     Never before have I met a florist on Michael's skill level. Michael spent over 2 hours with me to choose what I felt was the “perfect” casket arrangement to honor my mother. When I identified an arrangement that I felt closely matched my mother’s style, Michael never gave me a bit of hassle over my floral modification requests. He gracefully accepted my suggestions and advised me when my ideas would not work well for the situation. The final arrangement was absolutely stunning!     Michael's is the nicest floral shop around.Their arrangements are so unique, extremely fresh, and the personalized service is awesome. This shop has something for everyone......from florals, to pet gifts, candles/in scents that are hard to find....and also they have great stuffed animals, team spirit gifts, funeral gifts, kitchen gourmet/aprons/cutting boards/ gadgets...lotions....heated oils.......much more. So glad they are in our communitiy! These guys and their staff are terrific people!
