    The roses I ordered for my mom were beautiful. However, I ordered a ballon to go with it, and the balloon didn’t come. Also, whomever the person was that delivered the flowers, she just sat them on the porch. I understand COVID is going around and you don’t want to come in contact with people. But she didn’t knock on the door, ring the doorbell, blow the horn or anything of that nature to let us know she was out there. My mom just walked outside to find her flowers sitting in a rocking chair, and I wasn’t too happy about that.

    Completely understand your disappointment in not receiving the balloon you ordered. Honestly do not have an excuse for this other than human error. Have issued a full refund for the balloon, & hope you see that on your cc statement soon. Personally delivered the flowers to your mom & did ring the doorbell; however, no one came to answer at that time of morning. Maybe next time, we will give your mom a call and let her know we are on our way.     They delivered this and went above and beyond to get it to the location. I am grateful that she would do it because I could not find a flower shop to deliver to this very rural location. I was a little disappointed that it didn't come in the basket as pictured, but in a glass vase.

    Hi Tenly! Thanks so much for your kind review. Have to say I was a little uneasy going that far after dark on a dirt road in a part of the county I'd never been to. That bridge at night was particularly scary. Enjoyed visiting with you via txt into the evening the day prior to delivery. Not sure but believe arrangement was in a basket (100% sure!) but not the exact basket as in shown on our website. So sorry for any disappointment.
