I ordered a bouquet of tulips, that were out of season and received a timely phone call to replace the arrangement with a beautiful bouquet of roses that my wife loved.

The website experience was fine. One thing that would be nice is to have an email sent to confirm delivery. Not your fault however the recipient never told us she received them, so don't even know if she go the flowers.

The flowers are lovely. I especially appreciated receiving so many unopened buds, knowing I have many days of enjoyment yet ahead of me. An extra pack of powder to extend bloom would be nice.
