    The flowers looked beautiful but the name on the card was terribly misspelled from what I had filled out while ordering so that was a little embarrassing. I typed it into the online form so I’m not sure how someone wrote the wrong letters that made no sense. This was a sympathy arrangement so I wish more care was taken with labeling the name correctly.

    I received a lovely Mother’s Day arrangement, sent by my daughter who lives out of state. I have no idea what she paid for it, but I feel like there was way too much green filler. The flowers that were in the arrangement were nice & well arranged, may have looked better in a smaller vase with less green stuff.

Easy online ordering, I was worried about the arrival of the flowers [if the recipient wasn't going to be home at a certain time] and when I called them they assisted me courteously, and once they did arrive they looked BEAUTIFUL. We ordered an arrangement online for a dear friend who passed away unexpectedly and asked for a picture so we would know what her bouquet looked like. The flowers were delivered in time for the viewing, but we never received a picture & the family thanked us for our plant, not flowers.

    sorry I just realized that i had the order number - I did indeed make that flower for you - however i did miss the request for a picture - i am very sorry about that - With your relatives thanking you for the plant - they just may have been mistaken or the cards may have by chance gotten mixed up - I am sorry, but after we deliver the product all is out of our control - but thhis flower did go - same container, orange gerbers - not snapdragons but used larkspur and pretty much the rest was correct - thank you for your note
