I left feedback on the Facebook page the next day because I was just so pleased with the service. I placed the online order and literally within minutes received a call from Teapot to confirm the order and go over a few changes. My flowers were delivered to my mom within hours, and she was totally surprised, and totally amazed at the flowers. She called to thank me,and even commented how the delivery person was so friendly and even chatted with her for a bit. Several days later, she said the flowers were still gorgeous. I was extremely pleased, and will definitely be using Flowers by Teapot again. I think my parents have also found a new florist. Thank you for all your help!
