This recent order was a funeral tribute for a realtion. I did not see the arrangement as it was not possible for me to attend the service; however, I am certain it was up to your standards. I purchased and delivered a second arrangement from your shop in the past week, and this was beautiful so I have no doubt that the flowers you arranged to have sent by me to my relative's memorial were equally satisfactory.

The arrangement was beautiful, however, the flowers started to wilt the same day and they were delivered a day late (from what I understand!) My boyfriend said that he wanted them on Thursday, but they only got delivered on Friday. I am wondering if the same flowers from thurs were sent on friday!?

Flowers ordered online, no delivery time or date given after receiving my reference number and confirmation. I called the store in Victoria to find out when the flowers would be delivered in BC. The sales lady was very friendly, said she would check into it and would call be back. She did call back and called when the orders were going out for delivery.
