    The bouquet of flowers that we had delivered to our mother was NOT worth the $95 we paid! It was the designer’s choice and it literally had 6 flowers and only 3 were roses! I could’ve gotten 2 dozens of roses for less in a regular grocery store! A HUGE RIP OFF and disappointed customer.

    I ordered flowers for myself for Easter—they came on time and the website was easy to navigate. The bouquet was kind of strange—yellow and red flowers, purple, and two stems of coral. Flowers are still alive and look better after a few days now that they have perked up. These particular flowers all smell bad which is curious. It is my fault though bc I ordered the “Easter designers choice”. Next time I will just order something specific bc I picture good smelling lilies and pinks/purples for Easter

    Our gift as Delivered to the incorrect address, the florist did not seem interested in this issue. The phone message from the driver was garbled could not understand the name of the florist, we obtained that from the sender. We did cancel the order then the driver showed up the flowers, stated they were left at neighbors two hours ago.

    The service was great, but we were really disappointed with the size of the arrangement. We wanted to support a local business, but we spent $80 in total and got a VERY small arrangement of flowers. I think the flowers themselves were $65 before fees, which is still way too much to pay for what we got.

The money was there it actually was a $123 arrangement. The cost of flowers was up that week being it was Mothers's Day week So sorry you were disappointed.     I'm Glad we have been so busy that as soon as my flowers come in there gone haven't been able to let them open very much. Keep clean clear water in the vase and cut the ends of the stems every 3 days and you should be able to get a couple weeks out of them

    It was a very disappointing bouquet. I bought a $60 bouquet and splurged in the larger size. There were only filler flowers in the bouquet and nothing else. No roses no lilies as shown in the pictures. It could have been made with 2 $5 bouquets from Walmart

    Robert the latest order I have from you was delivered on Sept. 30 which you ordered a Alluring Alstroemeria off the website. That arrangement is all the same flower Alstroemeria it has no lilies and no roses in the picture. It is all the same flower just in a variety of colors

    Not for sure what order you are talking about . The only Patricia I have as a sender this month was on the 8th and it was only a $60 arrangement and ordered off our website. Our website does state we will make as close as possible due to flower availability. Also to call if any concerns about substitutions. Wish you would have called so I could have addressed your concerns. We did also have a massive hurricane last week and my wholesaler was very low in flowers. So sorry you were disappointed

    Their customer service was above and beyond. I live in another state and needed an arrangement for a funeral. They took the time and effort to text pics of arrangements and mementos to choose from. Usually ordering out of state when not familiar with the florist is a shot in the dark...not with Windsor. Glad I found them and highly recommend!

    Unfortunately, the arrangement was not what my daughter had ordered for me for mother's day. It had more greenery than blooms and besides the 3 roses, the other flowers were miniature type carnations and a blue flower that continued to drop its blooms until none were left. The vase had water and should have lasted longer than the time it took to deliver from the shop. Unfortunately, based on this arrangement, I will not be using this florist in the future.

    The flower arrangement was not worth the money paid. I’ve had other bouquets from Windsor florist that looked much better. Some of the flowers looked dead and/or wilted. Was not as happy with this delivery.

    I arrived right at closing time of coarse and was able to not only place my order for fresh flowers to be delivered later on that week, i also was able to purchase a custom made arrangement and some cool looking potted plants for a last minute business dinner ! great service, reasonable prices, and they dont mind going out of their way to help their customers

    I was very disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered. I paid over $60 plus a delivery fee for hydrangeas, some delphiniums and carnations. It was a vase full of filler flowers that weren’t even arranged well. I honestly think they dropped the arrangement or let a child create it. I will never order from this shop again.

    I am very sorry you were disappointed. I have pulled your ticket and it shows you ordered a $50 arrangement + tax & delivery. You are right on the flowers Hydrangea, Delph, with carnations ( none of these flowers are filler flowers) and misty as filler. We had 4 drivers that Friday & Sat my rule is bring back to the shop if dropped, broken or turned over during delivery. Wish you would have called me as i could have replaced it.

    While the arrangement was sweet, it was smaller than I expected. I ordered the larger size. I also asked for some red roses to be worked into the arrangement since it was a military funeral. I not only put this request in my on line order, but when I called & spoke with a lady who does arrangements. The arrangement contained no red flowers. There was nothing “wrong” with the order, it was simply a bit disappointing. My daughter also ordered an arrangement from you & it was beautiful. Perhaps I just ordered wrong.
