Butler Flower Shop went above and beyond in filling my order. I ordered online and was aware that the flowers might not be delivered that day because I ordered after 8am. I got a phone call from a Butler employee that same afternoon to verify the address (and he even found the phone number) and the flowers were delivered the same day. Good on Butler Flowers!

I found your site by googling flower/gift shops, Grand Bay, AL., so this was blind choosing. I ordered my Sister a snack/candy basket and she was so pleased. This is a wonderful florist which rivals and often outdoes work of "big city" florists with a "small town" price tag. I recently ordered a Mother's Day bouquet from them. So far this year I have ordered 3 bouquets from three different locations in the state of Alabama for birthdays and Mother's Day. The bouquet I ordered from Butler's was the least expensive at $60 plus delivery. I spent closer to $100 per bouquet at each other florist. Based on the photos I received of the three bouquets, the bouquet from Butler's is by far the most stunning of the three. Another HUGE bonus is that they have a website where you can see a preview of the arrangement, a great help since I am over 400 miles away. All future bouquets for my mother will DEFINITELY come from Butler's!

I gave Butler's Flower Shop a last minute order on Christmas Eve. They delivered the flowers promptly and the arrangement was just breathtaking. My grandmother said "the man from Butler's is just so nice and helpful." I will certainly be a return customer.

I placed a $30.00 order for flowers to send to my husband . Having ordered flowers before I was very worried that it would not be gorgeous,but 'ok' but $30 was all I could spare. I was thrilled when my husband (who is working out of state) sent me a picture. The arrangement was fabulous. Butlers went out of their way to make a gorgeous arrangement for a great price! I was reluctant to use this shop because I have always had an account somewhere else. Some of my friends sugggested that the next time I need flowers give Mrs. Butler a call. So I needed to order flowers for a local funeral-Ms. Stork from Lighthouse Restaurant. I was so impressed with my funeral work when I got to the funeral home. People in Grand Bay, you do not know what you are missing by not using this flower shop. They know how to do flowers! As someone else mentioned in their review, the prices are amazing also. I have always been 100% delighted with my arrangements. I have taken some challenges to Miss Pat and her husband and they always come through. Also, it is important to me that this couple and their children are continually giving back to the community in time, talent, financially, and just by being a wonderful example of a good neighbor and local business. We were overwhelmned. I know we could only spend so much but I know Pat went above what was paid for. We were so thankful. Word of mouth is that Butlers flower shop is getting to be a well know florist in Grand Bay for their work. We have never used them and by word of mouth they were suggested. Recently I was in the beauty shop when a lady came in delivering flowers to one of the hairdressers. My jaw dropped at how beautiful the arrangement was. I though it was one of the big design florist in mobile but come to find out it was from Butlers Flower Shop here in Grand Bay. So i went to their shop and believe me I have never been treated so warm and friendly as I was by Ms. Pat and her staff. Her work is beautiful, reasonable and her shop has a wonderful atmosphere. Recently Butlers Flower Shop did the wedding for two sisters less than 2 months apart. Believe me both weddings looked like something out of a magazine. Their floral work from the sanctuary to the reception was simply breat taking. OUTSTANDING

When they were delivered to my wife at her work place all the women that work with her could not get over the quality and how beautiful the roses were, needless to say my wife was well pleased.
