I ordered on line and had no problems there. I wasn't sure of the size of the potted plant I sent but the people who received it said it was a nice size. I ordered from this company because it was advertised on the website of the funeral home. Made it easy to find a shop that was close.

The plant is absolutely beautiful. The delivery person went out of her way to get the plant delivered to my office prior to my departure as the plant was a retirement gift.

Great service, I had to make a date change and the staff were able to ensure they got there. The flowers were very fresh and have lived beyond expectation so kudos to providing an excellent product. My only recommendation is that most persons requesting delivery are wanting it to be a surprise. The staff called my wife before delivery and although they did not specify what was being delivered I think the surprise may have gotten lost after that. She loved them and thank you.
