    The flowers are beautiful but the sender requested cat friendly flowers and there were two lillies included. I have to keep my flowers away anyway but thought you should know there was dangerous flowers included that would harm cats.

    Product order is not what I received. Paid $240 for Roses which were not availble. Received an arrangement with mainly leaves and foilage, barely any flowers and no Roses. Called the company about this to ask for a reduction in the price since I ordered Roses and didnt get any. Was told I would receive a reduction in the price and I would get an email regarding the information. It is now 3 weeks later with no email or refund.

    The custom fruit basket was not worth the $85 I spent. I wish there would of been a better selection added as Custom to me means additional fruit that is different than the normal.

    The plant was not at the service. I received an email that it was delivered to the church after the service was over and the reception was nearly over. I never saw it. I hope that it really was delivered and was given to the family. I selected the plant knowing there was nothing to arrange and gave plenty of notice to have it delivered well before the service began ~48 hours.

    This was the recommended florist by the mortuary. The viewing was directly followed by the funeral. Being this was the recommended florist by the funeral home, I thought they would be in communication regarding the delivery time of the flowers. Instead, the flowers were delivered 4 hours after the funeral. I was never called and informed the flowers didn't arrive ontime. The best I can tell, they dropped the flowers off late and charged me. I think they could have done better.

    Fruit arrived and was either under ripe, like the pineapple and pears that still weren't ripe a week later, or the grapes and oranges that were too ripe and partially moldy. When the basket was picked up the cellephane was so thin it broke open and fruit went everywhere. My guess is it was planned that way so a picture couldn't be taken off how bad the entire basket looked.

    I requested the flowers to be delivered before 12n and they were not delivered until about 3:30. The order was placed a week ahead. The day of the order I get a call asking whether Kara was a student or teacher (teacher). I did not get message. Part of getting the delivery earlier was to allow her to bask in the glow of coworkers knowing it was her birthday and her father loves her. So, my suggestion, review orders when they come in, not when they are set to go out. Less stress for everyone. Thank you

    I am sorry that you did not get a call when the order came in . We do have to call to verify the recipient is a student or employee, the school does not allow students to receive flowers so we always have to check and yes we should have called when we received the order. The flowers were delivered at 10:45 and signed by a K. Green who must have been working in the office. I am sorry your daughter was not notified that she had a delivery that was there for her to enjoy for the day. We appreciate your business and your input and hope we can take care of you again.     Gift was very nice but I received one that was supposed to be delivered to Justin Dunn. One card had my name & address on it and another card has his name on it. So I'm afraid I received something that I wasn't supposed to get and the same thing happened to him.

The orders for you and Justin Dunn were both addressed to the same address and the person at that address was nice enough to give us the correct addresses for both of you.
