    FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMPLIMENT A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT. They sent me a picture of the actual arrangement that was being delivered to my friend. I ordered on the internet & the actural arrangement was better than the picture. Delivered same day.

    I have been using Nora Anne's Flower Shoppe for several years now. I have never been disappointed with any of my orders. Nora Anne's is my favorite florist and I will not order from any other establishment. The flowers are always fresh and last no less than a full week. I always recommend Nora Anne's without hesitation.

    The flowers were beautiful! I couldn't have been happier with the way they were arranged. Last year on my daughter's birthday, I sent flowers by FTD. For about the same price . . . I was extremely disappointed. It looked like a bunch of flowers from the grocery store put in a vase and delivered. This year Nora Anne's was recommended and I was very pleased with the flowers.

    You have a superb service! I can tell there was a personal follow up to my order. Even the destinatary was not easy to find you managed to deliver.     I guess that the flowers that wre delivered were very nice because I did not see them. The flowers that were delivered were a substitue but they called me ahead of time to make sure that would be okay.
