Unfortunately, the arrangement that I picked from the web site was not available. A very pleasantt customer service rep. called and explained. But I don't know exactly what was delivered. However, the recipient indicated that it was nice.

Happy from two states away!! I called after 4:00 pm to send flowers to a memorial service which was the very next day. They did not have what I was wanting to send, however, they called me back at 7:00 and told me they found what I was wanting. The staff did a great job of describing exactly what I was getting. My husband ordered the red holiday vase of flowers last Friday. The arrangement did not look anything like the picture. It did not have any red flowers and was not in a red vase. The card with the hand written message had multiple miss spellings.
