    I was unable to see my fiance on her birthday so I decided to send flowers to her folks house and since I have used your company in the past and have been happy with floral arrangements, I decided to give your company another shot. I was very disappointed when I arrived 1 day later after the flowers have been delivered and saw a small, withered, sad looking bouquet of flowers, not to mention for $80.00+ price tag. Very disappointed in the floral quality for the price. Better care needs to be taken with online orders.

    I sent these flowers to very special people (like surrogate parents) And Ann Rosa called me on Saturday and told that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I knew they would be as you guys always knew how to put together a beautiful arrangement of flowers. In 2006, a very close friend of ours was killed suddenly on his motorcycle on Montauk Hwy. We didn't get a chance to see his family at the second viewing but after some time, his mother sent a thank you card indicating that they were the most gorgeous floral arrangement in her sons room in Chapey.     Beautiful ... absolutely beautiful floral arrangement. My daughter, Mia Pascuzzo, has been a dedicated customer of Towers Flowers since she moved into West Islip in 1995. In 2003, she moved to Virginia but continues to order from you for deliveries to towns within the West Islip area. I recall back in 2006, she had ordered a floral funeral arrangement for a friend of her and her husband, Mike Kostalos. His parents told them that the arrangement was the most beautiful of all the flowers on display in that funeral home. Keep up the good work.

    I'm told the flowers were nice. However, they didn't arrive until sometime after 1:00 (we had requested before noon because they were leaving for the funeral home at 12:30), and, even though I had given my name to purchase the flowers, it was nowhere on them. Apparently they had to contact you to see who had sent them, which they simply shouldn't of had to do. Yes, I could've said "from Nash" on my message, but it was already on there, so I didn't realize it wouldn't be indicated anywhere.

When I called Towers Flowers they said that although the funeral home wasn't on their list and was out of their way, they would still get them there for me. And on time!     The flowers were beautiful but they were left on our front stop the day before mothers day which was extremely windt. they had blown over and much of the water was out. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TELL YOUR DELIVERY MAN TO LEAVE A NOTE OR LEAVE THE FLOWERS WITHA NEIGHBOR UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
