    The flowers were just gorgeous in real life.... very soft, and uplifting. The perfect gift for a young lady recovering from a terrible accident. The combination of colors and types of flowers were perfect together. They were good for 2 weeks. I would definitely order again from Lotus.

    The floral arrangement was beautiful. Initial telephone contact felt rushed, with representative quickly suggesting that I consult the website. While the website proved very helpful, the manner in which it was recommended was not customer friendly. The floral arrangement was delivered 1 day later than agreed upon - this is poor service - and I only became aware of the late delivery when the receiver thanked me. I should receive some forms of compensation for late delivery.

    Where do I start. This florist is simply the best anywhere. This past year my mom has been in and out of the hospital and rehab for 2 hip replacements and a fall.
