    On Dec 7th I ordered a blloming Azalea plant for my dear aunt who was in rehab. I called the store after as I mistakenly left off pertinent information in the order. I am not in the same state as my aunt, so I went with a florist close by her rehab. The customer service was top notch! Not only did they reassure me that all my info was there, they had no Azaleas in stock and allowed me to select a nice Peace Lilly to send instead. Very pleased and my aunt was thrilled!!     I don't live in the town where the funeral was held, and I didn't want to FTD the arrangement (I've had bad experiences with that before) so I went on-line and found La Mariposa. At no extra charge they delivered to the home of my cousin. She sent me a picture almost as soon as it was delivered.     I needed to order a funeral spray for a 2 1/2 month old baby that had passed away suddenly. I am from the Fort Worth area so I searched and I happened upon La Mariposa Flowers. I saw spray that I liked but I was informed that they had discontinued that particular spray. Veronica told me they would create a custom spray. She text me a picture of the spray and I was amazed.     Veronica emailed me after I placed my order to tell me that some of the flowers for the arrangement I had selected online were not available, so she would make similar substitutions, and promised me it would be at least the same quality. When it arrived, I was told that it was the most beautiful arrangement that was sent! It was also a better value than other locations I had checked. Thank you for the great service!

My boyfriend bought me a beautiful bouquet of large red roses, and stargazer lilies. 7 days later, and the lilies are just starting to fade, but the roses are still beautiful.
