So nice to order flowers from so far away and get such a beautiful bouquet.

Way to use the internet to help people solve probelms!

Bought flowers for my wife for our aniversary. The ordering process was straight forward and the delivery was made per special instructions for a certain window in the day. They even changed some items from what was shown in the picture on the website for no added cost. The only regret is the ordering process does not lend itself to offering any indication of the size of the arrangement. For the money we ended up with flowers that were less than 12" tall when much taller flowers were expected. Just wish the size was conveyed a little better on the website. Otherwise it was a positive experience overall.

I sent 2 bouquets to the same address. I wish that I only had to pay one delivery charge but alas, no. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Had flowers delivered on valentines day. They delivered the wrong flowers and before I could call to let them know, they had re-delivered the correct flowers at no charge. I will always use Ed Moore Florist for my flower needs.

My husband was stuck in Denver for work over his birthday so I searched for someone who could deliver a gift basket next-day. Ed Moore's website was the most user-friendly and had a good selection of gifts that weren't all floral. I am highly satisfied with the prompt service and good selection at Ed Moore.

Customer service was exemplary. I was flying into Denver from NY and had to make a last minute change to the card and delivery time while waiting to take off; i called in and the friendly representative helped make the changes i requested with immediately.
