I very much appreciated the honesty and dedication to customer service that was extended to me. Specifically, the flowers needed for the arrangement that I ordered were not available. Rather than simply substituting something quite different, I was contacted to advise me of this and asked if 'fall' flowers would be ok. As it turns out, that was really what I wanted to begin with but had been unable to reach the shop by phone to ask for a custom order. The end result was that the arrangement was what I wanted.

I received roses and couldn't believe how beautiful they were... and they held up and didn't droop before the opened up. THANKS!!

When you live so far away and you want to send flowers you always wonder if it is going to work out. I called for a cheery flower arrangement and the shop was so nice to take care of exactly what I wanted and had the arrangement sent to the home immediately. Flowers were great & lasted a LONG time!!!

The delivery of the arrangement was super speedy and today, almost two weeks later, the flowers are still alive and looking great (except for the roses, which were plucked out yesterday - still a good living time for cut roses). The arrangement was beautiful and actually looked like the picture shown! Will definitely order from Petals & Pearls again.

My son loved his goodie basket & balloon! This gift basket was ordered that morning over the phone from my mother in AR (who loves your customer service) and was delivered that evening. It would have been delivered that afternoon but we were not home and you called us to find out if you could re-deliver that same evening. Excellent and very prompt service.

I try to order from a florist in the area the loved one lives in. I looked on line and p&p was the closest to mom's home. The on line ordering was simple, direct & quick. She was very surprised and enjoyed her Mother's day flowers, which were deliverd on time.
