The customer service was absolutely amazing; they defiantly went above and bond the call of duty. They made my best friend’s birthday very special. Also the flower basket and the hugh balloon were fantastic!!!

The arrangement was beautiful and my wife was the envy of her work. They arrived a day after they were supposed to but other then that I was completely satisfied.

Robin did a wonderful job with the wedding consultation, ordering, and delivery. I was blow away by the quality and beauty of the flowers. Robin suggested flowers I never even though of and they were perfect for my wedding. One flower came in the wrong color, and she was willing to fix it. We also had to change the delivery date and she was willing to do what it took so I would get my flowers in time. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for personal and quality service!! I looked online at pictures of different flower arrangements and couldn't find what I was looking for. Robin was very flexible and willing to make a custom arrangement of three different vases for my sister's birthday. I would rate the flowers a 5 - amazing bouquet and one of the prettiest I've seen. I'm rating overall a 3 due to delivery. supposedly they were supposed to come the following day and we got 5 calls from the delivery gal about coming earlier, but that meant the night before around 8pm. We were home with a new baby so it was just a little irritating to have the phone ring so much and the delivery be inconvient. But again, the arrangement was OUTSTANDING.

I heard that when they delivered the flowers that the gentleman cried because they were so beautiful. They were the only ones open on Sunday and thank God.
