I especially appreciated the personal attention to my order. I had requested a delivery to St. Peters, which Belli Fiori does not deliver to (might want to make it not possible to place an order for delivery to zip codes they don't deliver to on their web site), but they contacted me by phone and email and forwarded my order to a florist who does. Top-notch service (and not the first time I've gotten it from them)!

Loved the ribbon wrapped vase. A beautiful arrangement. Would have liked some extra floral preservative for changing water.

The flowers were great. My only complaint is that the card with my message to my wife did not arrive with the flowers (there was no card at all). Perhaps it fell off in the delivery truck? I did very much appreciate the fact that we were called and alerted that the flowers had been delivered since no one was available to answer the door when the delivery arrived.
