    When I placed my order for my Aunt I entered the wrong address, so I had to call flowers and country, the very nice lady who helped me when I called was absolutely wonderful, she explained that some of the flowers were out of stock, she asked if it would be alright to use other flowers as a replacement, I was a little apprehensive at the time, but when the flowers were delivered they were absolutely beautiful.
