    It was easy enough to order, however we asked for delivery same day and it went out the following day. It sounds minor, but it needed to be same day delivery. We don't use 1800Flowers purposefully to avoid a middle man and it didn't seem to work out for us this time.

    Melissa the employee I spoke with in the morning about delivery, and the person who delivered the flowers was AMAZING. There was a tiny little hiccup trying to get into the business, but she did everything she could to get the flowers delivered. The recipient said they were literally the best and most vibrant flowers she has ever received. I will always go back to flowers galore and more.
