I've ordered flowers for my mother at in the past and used random florist. Since I've never lived in the area I've picked random florists. Some of them were so bad that my mother asked me not to "waste my money" on flowers because they were so bad. I didn't give up and tried Dick's Flower Shop for her birthday in January. She called me to tell me that she has never received such a beautiful arrangement in her lifetime. So glad I've found Dick's Flower Shop, I'll never use anyone else. Thank you!

I placed my order for a fruit basket for a friend who whose husband passed away and asked that it be delivered the next day. I received a call immediately from a man from the shop who explained that it would be an extra day before delivery as he was getting fresh fruit the next morning and wanted to make a nice basket with the fresh fruit. He explained it wouldn't be delivered for a couple extra days. I appreciated the call and more so the service Dicks provided me. I grew up in the Canton/Massillon area so I always want to give the businesses in my hometown as much business as I can. Great people- Wonderful hometown flower shop. Thank you. My sister ordered a basket of candy and snacks for my husbanf for his birthday. It was a large basket filled with candy bars , cookies and snacks. The basket arrived on time/ The driver was couteous. I was a little surprised that it wasn't wrapped in clear plastic wrap... Overall, we were very satisfied.. Thank you

THANK YOU very much for coming to our rescue yesterday. My daughter got married yesterday...her florist never showed up.We called Dicks because it was close and we used them before for different occasions. They delivered EXACTLY what we wanted in less than a half hour. The other flower shop(COTTAGE FLORAL AND GIFTS in Louisville) told me today that they had down SATURDAY MARCH 4th. They also told me that yesterday was not a good day for them to do a wedding. Thank you again for being WONDERFUL!!!!!!!

I sent a candy bouqet and balloon to my brother, who turned 18, and asked Dicks to have them delivered to his high school, which they did:) Unfortunatly the school wouldnt let them drop the bouqet off. The delivery guy called and was so nice and apoligetic for that, it wasnt his fault though.I gave him the address of where to drop them and he said he would go and wait until my brother got home:) Then he took a picture and emailed it to me. This was one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much!

I picked a florist blindly from the internet and could not have been more pleased. Dick's Flower shop took extra great care of my request and even had the invoices printed and waiting for me at the funeral home as I requested. I would highly recommend Dick's they supplied a beautiful arrangement.

these people went above and beyond in customer service they called my recipients first to make sure they were home, which i asked for and when balloon bouquets were delivered they took pictures of my 90-yr-old uncle and the balloons and emailed to me. they are the best!!!

I selected one of the arrangements on the website - but requested Daisies be added to the bouquet. It would have been great if someone could have gotten back to me as to whether or not that could be done. Otherwise, I heard the arrangement was beautiful!
