We used Barb ten years ago for our wedding, so when my grandfather passed away I knew exactly who to call. We have always lived away from family and it was comforting to know the florist who prepared his funeral flowers. They even added shamrock stickers at our request; Pap John would have loved them. I called this florist on Christmas Eve day at 2pm eastern, as I wanted to send a centerpiece to my brother and his wife, who live in Bristolville, Ohio. I grew up in Warren and we always used Kunkel Florist for everything, but to my dismay, they had gone out of business. I moved away 25 years ago so I didn't know who to call, as I now live in Texas. Barb was so sweet and professional. I explained my dilema and apologized for waiting until the last minute. It was 2pm there and her shop closed at 4pm. Without a second thought she took my order and graciously agreed to deliver it. Well, I realize she did not have to do either. The time passed and because my brother lives way out in the country, Barb knew the roads would be bad so she waited until the next morning. This was Christmas day and she took time from her family and holiday to make sure the flowers were delivered. Not only did she go above and beyond by delivering it on Christmas morning ( when she could have told me no to the order) the arrangement was absolutely the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. My sister-in-law was so pleased and it just made their Christmas dinner that much better. Honestly, when you live in another state you are taking a big chance paying for flowers you will never see, but I would definitely use this florist again. Barb went above and beyond my expectations. her work is excellent and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a florist. Thank you Barb for making my family's Christmas special.

Great experience. Site was easy to navigate. Address for sending the flowers was just "one click" for ease and convience. Flowers were delivered on time and I ordered them the night before. The arrangement was exactly like the picture, very nice. I will definitely shop with you again. Thanks.

Barb does a phenomenal job with any arrangement she gets her hands on. I have had her do my wedding, funerals, and just because arrangements and all her work is above and beyond what I would expect to receive. Why Not Flowers is the best place to purchase arrangements for any ocassion.

I ma not sure what the flowers looked like in comparison to the web photo, but the recepient was very happy with them and did mention the cute basket. I had purchased flowers from your shop when I lived in OH and so I had confidence that the flowers would be very nice.
