I did not see the arrangement, but the recipient was very pleased. Ordering on-line was easy. Would do business with Prange's again.

Loved the smell of the candles. Thought the arrangement was a bit flat. Overall very nice.

My uncle from Australia ordered flowers for us from Prange's. They arrived fresh and early in the morning. They are on day 5 and every day look even more pretty. I had never heard of Prange's but will use them int he future for my Gainesville flower needs.

Seems like the only problem is with Delivery... If it's not a wedding or a funeral, chances are it's supposed to be a surprise delivery! Please note to call the person who ordered the flowers. If you get there and no one answers, then you can call the other phone number. We got woken up for directions even though I posted directions in the NOTES section. Was told, "We don't pay any attention to that". Also, seemed like everything was rushed. My message started with "Happy Valentines Day" and was put on a card that already said "Happy Valentines Day"... doubled up looked pretty odd :(

The flowers were GORGEOUS - the roses are so beautiful and the greenery really made it even more lovely. The only problem I had was that my boyfriend had asked for a delivery for after 12pm (so that I could be home to receive them) but they came in at 9am when I had just left. Otherwise, really great!

Saw the flower arrangement when I visited my mother at Shands. For the price paid, arrangement was very small.

It was a great surprise! Worked out perfectly!

I have not had feedback on the quality of the flowers, but I have no doubt they were fine. I will not, however, use your automated site to send flowers again. I was very surprised by the delivery and service fees. Those, plus tax, increased the cost of the arrangement by more than $15. Far too much in my opinion.

My girlfriend never got any notification that the flowers got here, but it is partially because the complex didn't notify her. The flowers were great and they were delivered on time we found out later.

The person who received the flowers absolutely loved them - she said the arrangement and the vase they came in were different from anything she has ever received in the way of floral arrangements. I had you do my daughter's graduation dinner last Spring at Emiliano's and we were so pleased - everyone commented on the arrangements - we were so pleased with the beautiful job you did. The flowers were beautiful. However, they were meant to be a surprise. But when the person delivering the flowers could not find the address, he/she called the person receiving the flowers instead of calling the person who actually sent the flowers. This ruined the surprise before the flowers were dropped off at the door.
