    The description with the photo said to call about what flowers we available. I sent fresh flowers and filled the vase to value, Flowers are not arriving as often and we are being forced to take what we can get. I did call but no one answered the phone. Sorry you are disappointed I my purpose in staying open is to uplift people's spirits and brighten up a special occasion the best way I can.
