I think your company did very well. The receipiant loved the flowers and couldn't stop talking about them. My only concern would be putting the recipiant's phone number on the card. I did not have their direct line, so I used my own and they knew right who it was from then. It was supposed to just be a surprise. But everything else was wonderful! Great customer service, wonderful delivery and great, helpful staff!

Banda was great! My recipient wasn't home when they went to deliver (she was out of town for the weekend) and so they re-delivered on Monday! I was sent an email with this update and really appreciated the communication! Thanks!

Working overseas makes it hard to send multiple arrangements on one order. I end up making multiple orders for one delivery. It's really nice that in lieu of paying 2, 3 or more delivery fees, she throws in extra balloons or something nice. Service is excellent. Mike G.
