I was quite impressed to receive a phone call when they were delivered and my mother also received a phone call letting her know they were delivered since she wasn't home at the time. The flower arrangement is lovely. I was not home when the flowers were delivered, so appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure the flowers were there. My daughter said you also called her to tell her you delivered the flowers. I have not had that service with other flowers ordered on-line.

Jerry is a long time real friend. He was a florist himself. The problem is that people don't send flowers to florists. He loved them and thought they were well done! That says it all!!! Being an event planner myself, the best recommendations for servics I can give are the services I use myself. When my Mom passed away last year, I was devastated.
